On set at the circus...
Had the pleasure of being hired as a camera operator on the shooting of an upcoming spot for the NFL Network. In between takes, I managed to grab some really fun images of the performers while on set, shot with my Sony RX1. A few of images are credited to Jess Tedder, head creative / boss lady over at Chromatic Studios, who wandered around with my camera for a while as well.
It's opportunities like this that are EXACTLY why I purchased an RX1. Small enough to fit in the pocket of my jacket (a snug fit mind you) while I'm working on set, but powerful enough to make images that are stunning in their detail, dynamic range and overall size. Honestly, I don't know that I've ever been more impressed by a camera. I heart Canon all day long, but the Sony RX1 is dazzling.
